SITUATION
Nestled within Ringwood’s leafy surrounds, the Parc on Plymouth development comprises 17 land lots and is accessed by a private, tree-lined street off Plymouth Road, while being only minutes away from many conveniences.

CHALLENGE
The site is tucked away from major roads which meant that marketing to car and foot traffic was off the table. At the same time, the level of seclusion offered by the site was a huge selling point, for us to leverage from.

SOLUTION
A visit to the leafy, tree-enclosed site feels like discovering a secret forest. This magical sense of discovery—as well as a focus on family—was key to creating a vibrant, appealing and exclusive brand.

Through a strategic brand and sales campaign that combined digital with high-end printed brochures, Parc on Plymouth set a new benchmark for land prices and quality in Ringwood’s premium school belt.
