THE SITUATION
With a handful of residential and commercial developments already underway Haddin Group needed a brand identity that would help position the business as a highly experienced and reliable alternative to larger developers.

THE CHALLENGE
Haddin Group had a wealth of knowledge and experience in developing residential and commercial projects for some of Australia’s largest developers. Our challenge was to draw on that experience to create a solid, reputable and trusted competitor in the property market.

THE SOLUTION
We created a bold and tactile brand identity that showed investors and buyers a reliable and down-to-earth developer. Brand messaging and taglines reinforced the positioning of a strong, dependable and inclusive development partner who could think outside the square.

THE RESULT
The overall result is a robust brand identity that reflects the hands-on nature of the business. We created a three dimensional ‘H’ monogram that was then set in concrete, reflecting the solid and reputable nature of the client. Our photography style put the people behind the brand in focus and gives you a feeling of being onsite with them. Branded collateral was brought to life through a range of carefully chosen paper stocks and boards that added another level to the tactile experience of the brand.
